Rates

Our rates are based on 2 Adults and 2 Children

Site Occupancy is a maximum of 4 adults or a maximum of 6 people if children are included. There are extra fees for adults beyond 2 adults and/or children beyond 2 children.  A site may have a maximum of 1 camper and 1 tent or 2 tents.

*Rates on Waterfront (Maine Savings Amphitheather) Concert dates and other possible 1 night stays are subject to a dynamic pricing rate increase of $20.

Camping Season  May 1 through October 15 (dates may vary)

Advanced Reservations Suggested  Reservations may be made at your convenience online or by contacting our office at 207-941-1177.  

Deposit Required  The first night’s base rate is required as a deposit to make a reservation. The deposit does not include taxes or fees. 

Holidays  3 night minimum stay during the following holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day.  Full payment required for deposits on holiday stays.

Refunds  A refund on cancelled reservations will be given when received 2 weeks prior to stay.

Check in time is after 1:00pm.  Check out time is by 11:00am. Arrangements must be made to extend your stay beyond 11 as we make reservations back to back.

• 7 night maximum stay in a tent.
• Day visitors $4.00 Adults and $2.00 Children under 18.
• Day visitors may NOT bring in pets (Insurance reasons)
• Day visitors leaving within 15 minutes, fee will be refunded (With no use of facilities)
• Day visitors must leave by 10pm
• Overnight visitors $5.00+tx Adults and $3.00+tx Children under 18.
• Visitors are welcome to use all the facilities
• No aggressive dogs, All dogs must be on a leash and picked up after.
• All vehicles must have a current registration tag or visitor pass
